- How do I know a rule is right?
- Every rule shows the original wording and the page it came from, so you can check it yourself. When a scan is too faint to read with confidence, we mark the rule uncertain and leave it out.
- Which documents do you read?
- Declarations, subdivision covenants, and their amendments recorded in the counties we cover. We skip deeds, liens, and other recordings that carry no HOA rules. See coverage
- Is there a free trial?
- No. Plans start at $29/month, and you can cancel at any time.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You keep access until the end of the billing period you paid for.
- What does API access include?
